Endless night, when all the stars
have left me in the dark
crying for my crimes
knitting guilt and sorrow
in a long,long scarf.
memories refuse to cease
do not faint as they should have
Nights in complete dark
no light of hope
nor dime of joy
tears and daftness my only certainties.
